I have purchased orders before you launched the membership event. How can I add points?
If you have purchased at least one order from SSimder before, please contact our customer service email to manually add your previous points to your account: service@ssimder.com
What should I do if I forget my password?
Please click on our account login interface and click Forgot Password, then fill in your email address according to the instructions, then click the "Reset your password" button in your email address, and then enter the new password.
