A 140A 5-in-1 gasless MIG with Pulse mode and SPOT tack welding — flux core without a gas cylinder, stick built in, Lift TIG with the optional WP17V torch, all on 110V or 220V.
Pulse mode steadies the arc on thin sheet and lowers spatter across flux MIG, Lift TIG, and Stick. SPOT mode tack-welds panels in a set time window — sheet metal, auto body, and brackets without clamps walking. Same 17.6 lb portability as the 3-in-1, with more control on the panel.

What does Pulse mode actually do?
Pulse rapidly switches the output between a high peak and a low background current. On thin sheet that means a tighter arc, less burn-through, and less spatter to clean. On this machine, Pulse works across flux core MIG, Lift TIG, and Stick.
How does SPOT welding work on a MIG welder?
SPOT mode turns the trigger into a timed tack: set a spot duration, squeeze on the joint, and the machine fires a controlled tack of that length. It works in MIG mode and is ideal for auto body panels, ducting, and brackets.
Can it weld aluminum?
No — this model runs self-shielded flux core wire only, which is steel-family wire. For aluminum, the SD-4050 Pro welds aluminum with Pulse MIG (no spool gun needed), and the TIG-250AC handles it with AC TIG.
Is the TIG torch included?
No — Lift TIG works with the optional WP17V torch, sold separately. It uses standard WP17-series consumables, and a bundle variant with the torch included is available.
Will it run on 110V household power?
Yes — 110V or 220V input, so the same unit moves between home garage and 220V shop.
