Shipping And Delivery
How long do handling, shipping and delivery take?
Usually, it takes 3-4 days for us to process the order. It will be delivered within 4-6 working days for our US customers when it is out for delivery from our warehouse.Regions such as AK, PR, HI may take longer. In other countries, we’ll have to deliver from our China supplier. It will take a longer time. It will be delivered within 20-30 days.
What shipping service do you use?
UPS, USPS, DHL, or other express chosen by our warehouse. Not able to designate courier.
Something is wrong with my order — how do I contact you?
Please contact our support team with your order number starting with #SSIMDER service@ssimder.com, our team will assist you promptly.
How do I change or cancel the order?
Please contact our support team with details welders@ssimder.com. Our support agent will assist you with the change.
Note: All changes or cancellation should be made within 1 day of the order time. Or the change or cancellation will not be available if it is already handover to warehouse. If it is too late to cancel, customer will need to shoulder the shipping cost to return the product.

Does Simder MIG welder support Tig?
Yes. Simder MIG welders support lift-start DC TIG welding when you add a TIG torch — no separate TIG machine needed.
See the MIG-250, or add a WP-17V TIG torch to a compatible machine.
Can I use other torches with the welder?
Each machine ships with the torch it was designed for, and we recommend starting with that one. Replacement and upgrade torches are available separately:
Do you have Aluminum welders?
Yes. Aluminum MIG needs Pulse MIG: the arc has to pulse to keep heat input under control, otherwise thin aluminum burns through.
SD-4050 Pro runs aluminum MIG without a spool gun. If you prefer TIG, the TIG-250AC handles AC TIG for aluminum.
Please note: our other MIG machines — including the MIG-250 — are not designed for aluminum.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do Simder welders come with?
Every Simder welding machine is covered by a 3-year warranty. Consumables, torches and accessories carry the standard warranty for their category.
To register a machine, send your order number and the name on the order to service@ssimder.com. Full terms are in our warranty policy.
